This lovely and charming historic building is located less than a 5 minute walk from beautiful Alamitos Beach. Each of the 8 units has been remodeled and updated and shows very nicely. There is coin operated laundry available to all tenants. There are no garages onsite, however, there are 5 private parking spaces available onsite for tenants for an extra charge. For dog owners (please see our pet policy here), there is the Belmont Shore Dog Beach about a 5 minute drive away offering beach and water enjoyment for all! Additionally, the beach bike path is located just down the street, offering running, skating, and cycling access year round.

Within a 5 minute drive, you can be strolling along the boutique shopping and restaurant areas of Second Street and Retro Row, walking past the marinas of Shoreline Village and Rainbow Harbor, or enjoying a night on the town in Downtown Long Beach. For tenants with public transit in mind, the bus stop is located at the corner for convenient access to each of these areas.
