First, I would like to say thank you for your interest in our apartments! Now a little about me and the area. I am now retired and have lived in Belmont Shore for over 30 years. Through these great years, I have found Long Beach to be a great place to live and raise a family. It is a very active community and has much to offer to all of its residents. Just minutes away from each apartment is the beach bike path, Pacific Ocean, the charming Belmont Shore community and a vibrant downtown area which features many small award winning restaurants and a plethora of shops with an active nightlife.
If you have school age children, highly acclaimed public schools and a new play park are within walking distance.
We own and manage each property, and take pride in maintaining them to the highest standard. Key to our success is direct involvement and a great maintenance staff.
